Got Mark and his side-kick to uninstall, then reinstall a new split-system. The outdoor unit was on the roof so it... wasn't an easy job, final cost wasn't crazy. Got him to also check out a split system at an investment property that another company said I'd need a whole new system for, Mark fixed it for $150.
